Education and Training
Gretchen Cole has a medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency training in internal medicine at the University of New Mexico Affiliated Hospitals.
Experience
Cole has been practicing with Fairview Geriatric Services for many years, providing care to Fairview Partners patients in both the long term and short term care setting at several nursing homes in the metro area, including Edina Care and Rehabilitation Center where she is also the medical director. She is also the practicing physician for the Memory Loss Assessment Clinic. Prior to joining the Fairview team, Cole was a primary care physician with St. Joseph’s Health Care System and the Medical Network of New Mexico. She was also the Medical Director for the Senior Health Center as well as the Transitional Care Center at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Cole is board certified in internal medicine.

Cole is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Interests
In her free time, Cole enjoys playing the piano, hiking, running and spending time with her two children.

Education and Training
Deborah Felber received her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing and Psychology from the College of St. Catherine. She then received her Master of Arts in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine. Felber has participated in leadership management training, and crisis training in mental health. She has also developed management protocols for patients experiencing non-malignant chronic pain, as well as developing a management plan for geriatric patients experiencing alcohol addiction. Additionally, Felber has published a project on Alzheimer’s disease.
Experience
Felber joined the Fairview Partners program in 2006, but has been practicing as a GNP in the long term care setting for several years. Prior to that, Felber was a nurse at the Veterans Hospital working in a step-down unit. She has also worked as a nursing supervisor for long term care and assisted living facilities, as well as working as a nurse at one of the Fairview Clinics.
Licensure and Certifications
Felber is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Professional Associations
Felber is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Psy Chi, National Honor Society of Psychology.
Interests
Professionally, Felber is interested in the study of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, particularly, the progress toward potential treatment and prevention/eradication of this disease in the future.
In her free time, Felber enjoys reading, gardening, exercising and listening to music.
