Education and Training
Megan Herzog began her nursing career with a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota in 2001. Megan then went on to complete a master's degree in nursing from the University of Minnesota in 2007.
Experience
Megan has worked in surgical intensive care as well as transitional care and long term care. Megan joined the Fairview Partners team in 2007 and provides care to members in both the long term and short term care settings.
Licensure and Certifications
Megan is certified as a geriatric nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Professional Associations
Megan is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the National Conference of Geriatric Nurse Practitioners, The American Geriatrics Society and the Gerontological Society of America.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Megan enjoys reading, staying active, gardening and being outdoors.
