Education and Training
Ken Kephart received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his residency training at St. Paul Ramsey (Region's Medical Center).
Experience
Kephart has been a practicing family physician for many years. He has combined practice with teaching residents and medical students for several years. He served as program director for two University of Minnesota residency programs before joining Fairview Geriatric Services. He cares for long term care residents in both long term care facilities and assisted living facilities as well as residents in transitional care. Additionally, Kephart is the Medical Director for Fairview Partners and the Associate Medical Director for Fairview Hospice.
Licensure and Certifications
Kephart is board certified in family medicine with specialties in geriatrics and palliative care and hospice.
Professional Associations
Kephart is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Directors Association, American Geriatric Society, American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, American Medical Association and the Minnesota Medical Association.
Academic Association
Kephart is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School.

Education and Training
Pam Niles began her nursing career with an associate's degree in 1979. In 1999 she obtained her bachelor's in nursing from Bethel University. Niles then graduated with a master's in nursing from the University of Minnesota in 2004.
Experience
Niles began working for Fairview Partners in the fall of 2006. Prior to that, she worked as a registered nurse for more than 25 years in the acute care setting. The majority of this time was spent working with geriatric patients and their families. Niles has also worked on a medical surgical unit specializing in orthopedics, respiratory disorders and post-operative recovery. She has taught pre-operative orthopedic classes for prospective surgical candidates and their caregivers.
Licensure and Certifications
Niles is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is also certified by the state of Minnesota as a Public Health Nurse.
Professional Associations
Niles is a member of the Minnesota Nurses Association.
Interests
Professionally, Niles is interested in alternative and complementary therapies, most specifically, the use of essential oils for therapeutic purposes.
Personally, Niles enjoys spending time with her three daughters, playing piano, needlepoint, walking, biking, the outdoors and working out.
