Tori Christiaansen received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Experience
Christiaansen currently practices at the Fairview Elk River Clinic. She also provides care to Fairview Partners patients at Guardian Angels Care Center in Elk River.

JAMES KATTER, M.D.

James Katter has a medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his internship and residency training at the Harvard Medicine Program.
Experience
Katter has been a practicing physician for many years. He began his career at Sturdy Memorial Associates, Foxboro Center for Women’s and Family Health. Currently he is physician at Fairview Northland Regional Healthcare System, practicing at the Fairview Zimmerman clinic. He also provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Guardian Angels Care Center in Elk River.

Katter is board certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics.

CHRISTOPHER PENSINGER, M.D.

Christopher Pensinger received his medical degree in 1991 from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his residency at University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview.

Pensinger currently practices at Fairview Elk River Clinic. He also provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Guardian Angels- Elk River.

Pensinger is board certified in family medicine.

DAN FORDAHL, M.D.

Education and Training
Daniel Fordahl received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He then completed his internship and residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Experience
Fordahl currently practices at the Fairview Princeton clinic. He also provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Elim Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Fordahl is board certified in internal medicine.
Interests
In his free time, Fordahl enjoys camping, motorcycling and traveling with his children.

CINDY LOEHLEIN, R.N., C.S., G.N.P.

Cindy Loehlein received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mankato State University and a Master of Arts in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine.
Experience
Loehlein has been a gerontological nurse practitioner (GNP) since 1996, and has worked for Fairview Partners for many years. Prior to Fairview Partners, she worked as a nurse for Ramsey Nursing Home Services, part of HealthPartners.
Licensure and Certifications
Loehlein is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Professional Associations
Loehlein is a member of the National Council of Gerontological Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, Honor Society of Nursing. She is also affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Loehlein enjoys spending time with her two children, as well as gardening, crafts and traveling.

HENRY PADGETT, R.N., G.N.P.

Henry Padgett received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of San Francisco, San Francisco, California. He then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University and a Master of Arts in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine.
Experience
Padgett has been working as a gerontological nurse practitioner in the long term care setting since 1995. He has been providing care for Fairview Partners patients for several years, and currently sees patients at Elim Home – Milaca, Guardian Angels- Elk River and Guardian Angels by the Lake.

Padgett is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Padgett is a member of the National Conference of G.N.P.s.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Padgett enjoys building, woodworking, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
