Education and Training
Rodney McFadden received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Experience
McFadden has been practicing at Internal Medicine and Geriatrics since 1998. He has a special interest in geriatric patients, and is currently the medical director for three nursing homes in the metro area. McFadden also provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Mount Olivet Careview Home.
Licensure and Certifications
McFadden is board certified in internal medicine.

In his free time, McFadden enjoys spending time with his wife, and also enjoys biking, reading & listening to music. McFadden believes in treating his patients with respect.
JAMES STRUVE, M.D.

James Struve has a medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Experience
Struve has been practicing at Bloomington Lake Clinic since 1990. He has also been practicing with Fairview Partners for many years and currently provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Mount Olivet Careview Home. Struve is a clinical associate professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School.

Struve is board certified in family and geriatric medicine.

Struve is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Pain Society, the International Association for the Study of Pain and the Minnesota Association of Nursing Home Medical Directors.
Interests
Professionally, Struve has particular interests in chronic pain, geriatrics, urban health care, outcomes research, wellness research and the roll of spirituality in medicine. Personally, Struve spends his free time with his family, and enjoys being on the North Shore and being active at his church.

Education and Training
Troy Kittleson began his career with a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Saint Olaf College. He began his nursing career with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and then received his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota.
Experience
Kittleson has been practicing as a gerontological nurse practitioner (GNP) with Fairview Partners for many years. He currently provides care at Minnesota Masonic Home and Mount Olivet Careview Home. Licensure and Certifications
Kittleson is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

In his free time, Kittleson enjoys oil painting, playing basketball and traveling.

Education and Training
Linda Wenzel received her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Augustana College in South Dakota. Wenzel then received her Master of Arts in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine.
Experience
Wenzel has been a nurse for more than 30 years. Her nursing experience includes both hospital and home care. Wenzel became a gerontological nurse practitioner (GNP) in 1995, and shortly there after, joined the Fairview Partners team. She has been with the Fairview Partners program since the program began. Wenzel currently provides care to long term care residents at two metro nursing homes, as well as providing care to assisted living residents at a metro assisted living facility.

Wenzel is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Personal Interests
In her free time, Wenzel enjoys gardening, knitting and quilting.
