Bernadette Clevenger graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Saint Paul Ramsey.
Experience
Clevenger currently practices medicine at the Fairview Rush City Clinic. She also provides care to Fairview Partners patients at Golden Living of Rush City.

Clevenger is board certified in family medicine.

Julie Van Eck received her medical degree from the University of California at Berkley. She completed her residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Experience
Van Eck currently practices at Fairview Rush City Clinic, and also practices with Fairview Partners. She currently provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Golden Living of Rush City.
Licensure and Certifications
Van Eck is board certified in family medicine.

Education and Training
Sue Girard began her nursing career with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota in 1978. Girard then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine in 1998.
Experience
In 1999, after a year working in an acute rehabilitation setting at Bethesda Rehabilitation Hospital, Girard joined the Fairview Partners team and began providing care to long term care residents at several nursing homes in the metro area. In 2005, Girard began providing care at Fairview Partners member nursing homes up in the Fairview Lakes region. She currently provides care at Green Acres Country Care Center and Golden Living of Rush City.
Licensure and Certifications
Girard is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Personal Interests
Professionally, Girard has always been passionate about working with the geriatric population. She started working with this population as a public health nurse and enjoys the opportunity to continue to work with geriatric patients at Fairview Partners. In her free time, Girard enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, travel, camping and spending time with her husband and two sons.
