Education and Training
Michael Dummer received his degree in medicine from the Universitõt Erlangen in Nuremberg, Germany. He completed both his residency and internship at Methodist Hospital, St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Experience
Dummer currently practices at Fairview North Branch Clinic. He also provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Parmly LifePointes.
Licensure and Certifications
Dummer is board certified in family medicine.

KURT PETERSON, M.D.

Education and Training
Kurt Peterson received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed both his internship and residency at the University of Minnesota Center, Fairview.
Experience
Peterson currently practices at Fairview Chisago Lakes Clinic. He also provides care to Fairview Partners patients at Parmly LifePointes.
Licensure and Certifications
Peterson is board certified in family medicine.
Interests
Peterson is married with three children, and in his free time enjoys bicycling and windsurfing.

Education and Training
Pam Niles began her nursing career with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 1979. In 1999 she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel University. Niles then graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota in 2004.
Experience
Niles began working for Fairview Partners in the fall of 2006. Prior to that, she worked as a registered nurse for more than 25 years in the acute care setting. The majority of this time was spent working with geriatric patients and their families. Niles has also worked on a medical surgical unit specializing in orthopedics, respiratory disorders and post-operative recovery. She has taught pre-operative orthopedic classes for prospective surgical candidates and their caregivers.
Licensure and Certifications
Niles is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is also certified by the State of Minnesota as a Public Health Nurse.
Professional Associations
Niles is a member of the Minnesota Nurses Association.
Interests
Professionally, Niles is interested in alternative and complementary therapies, most specifically, the use of essential oils for therapeutic purposes.
Personally, Niles enjoys spending time with her three daughters, playing piano, needlepoint, walking, biking, the outdoors and working out.
