A 125 bed facility, Elim Care and Rehabilitation Center offers services for long term and short term care residents. Elim Care and Rehabilitation Center is part of the Elim Care, Inc.

Education and Training
David Bue received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Experience
Bue has been a physician at Fairview Princeton Clinic since 1973. He also provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Elim Care and Rehabilitation Center and Elim Home- Milaca.
Licensure and Certifications
Bue is board certified in family medicine.
Interests
Bue was raised in rural Minnesota. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.

ROBIN FISCHER, M.D.

Education and Training
Robin Fischer completed his medical degree in 1987 from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his internship at Broadlawns Medical Center in 1988 and his residency at Broadlawns Medical Center in 1990.
Experience
Fischer has been a physician at Fairview Princeton Clinic for several years. He also practices with Fairview Partners at Elim Care and Rehabilitation Center.

Fischer is board certified in family medicine.

Fischer is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the East Central Medical Society and the Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians.

Fischer enjoys serving as the team physician for high school athletics.

DAN FORDAHL, M.D.

Daniel Fordahl received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He then completed his internship and residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Experience
Fordahl currently practices at the Fairview Princeton clinic. He also provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Elim Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Licensure and Certifications
Fordahl is board certified in internal medicine.
Interests
In his free time, Fordahl enjoys camping, motorcycling and traveling with his children.

PETER JENSEN, M.D.

Peter Jensen completed his medical degree in 1977 from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed an internship in Family Practice at Bethesda Lutheran Hospital in 1978 and a residency in Family Practice at Bethesda Lutheran Hospital in 1978. He also completed a residency in Family Practice at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview in 1980.

Jensen has been a physician at Fairview Princeton Clinic for several years. He also provides care to Fairview Partners patients at Elim Care and Rehabilitation Center.

GREG SCHOEN, M.D.

Gregory Schoen received his medical degree in 1985 from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed an internship in Family Practice at Bethesda Lutheran Hospital in 1986 and a residency in Family Practice at Bethesda Lutheran Hospital in 1988.

Schoen has been a practicing physician for many years; he currently practices at Fairview Princeton Clinic. He also provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Elim care and Rehabilitation Center.

Schoen, his wife and four children are residents of rural Princeton and are committed to the area. In his free time, he is actively involved in the community, school and church activities and is an avid runner.

CINDY LOEHLIEN, R.N., C.S., G.N.P.

Cindy Loehlein received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mankato State University and a Master of Arts in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine.
Experience
Loehlein has been a gerontological nurse practitioner (GNP) since 1996, and has worked for Fairview Partners for many years. Prior to Fairview Partners, she worked as a nurse for Ramsey Nursing Home Services, part of HealthPartners.
Licensure and Certifications
Loehlein is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Professional Associations
Loehlein is a member of the National Council of Gerontological Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, Honor Society of Nursing. She is also affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Loehlein enjoys spending time with her two children, as well as gardening, crafts and traveling.

VICTORIA NOBLE, R.N., G.N.P.

Education and Training
Victoria Noble received both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota.
Experience
Noble has been practicing as a gerontological nurse practitioner (GNP) with Fairview Northland Clinics and Fairview Partners since July 2006. Prior to that, she spent four years working as a hospital nurse with post-surgical experience at Allina’s United Hospital.
Licensure and Certifications
Noble is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Personal Interests
Professionally, Noble is interested in new research that focuses on the care of the geriatric population as well as the care of diverse populations. Personally, Noble enjoys reading, writing poetry, traveling to new places, playing piano and spending time with her family.
