Education and Training
Gretchen Cole has a medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency training in internal medicine at the University of New Mexico Affiliated Hospitals.
Experience
Cole has been practicing with Fairview Geriatric Services for many years, providing care to Fairview Partners patients in both the long term and short term care setting at several nursing homes in the metro area, including Edina Care and Rehabilitation Center where she is also the medical director. She is also the practicing physician for the Memory Loss Assessment Clinic. Prior to joining the Fairview team, Cole was a primary care physician with St. Joseph’s Health Care System and the Medical Network of New Mexico. She was also the Medical Director for the Senior Health Center as well as the Transitional Care Center at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Cole is board certified in internal medicine.

Interests
In her free time, Cole enjoys playing the piano, hiking, running and spending time with her two children.

To help them understand the disease, listen, support, come up with a plan, and most important is to follow up. Nobody should feel like they are the only ones with the disease or all alone with the caregiver burden."
Education and Training
Nancy McEnroe received both a Bachelor or Science in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota.
Experience
McEnroe has a background in oncology, gerontological and medical surgical nursing, she has 27 years of nursing experience working with those with Alzheimer's disease and their families. Prior to her job at Fairview, she was a facilitator of an Alzheimer's support group for caregivers for seven years. She also has experience educating hospital staff, community groups, formal and informal caregivers and others on various aspects of aging including chronic health conditions, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, osteoporosis, falls prevention and more. Since working at Fairview, McEnroe has been a nurse care manager for the Memory Loss Assessment Clinic.
Licensure and Certification
McEnroe is a certified registered nurse by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
Professional Associations
McEnroe is a member of the American Nurses Association as well as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nurses.
Personal Interests
In her free time, McEnroe enjoys most sports including golf, hockey and baseball, working out, reading and traveling with her husband. She also enjoys spending time with her two adult children, dog, friends and family.
