Education and Training
Henry Padgett received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of San Francisco, San Francisco, California. He then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University and a Master of Arts in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine.

Experience
Henry has been working as a geriatric nurse practitioner in the long term care setting since 1995. He has been providing care for Fairview Partners patients for several years, and currently sees patients at Elim Home – Milaca, Guardian Angels- Elk River and Guardian Angels by the Lake.

Licensure and Certifications
Henry is certified as a geriatric nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Professional Associations
Henry is a member of the National Conference of G.N.P.s.

Personal Interests
In his free time, Henry enjoys building, woodworking, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
