Heritage Hall assisted living is located on the Minnesota Masonic Home, Bloomington campus, which also includes a skilled nursing facility and independent senior living facilites. Heritage Hall is part of Minnesota Masonic Homes.

Education and Training
Kirk Simpson has a medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School.
Experience
Simpson has been a physician at the Bloomington Lake Clinic since 1975. He serves as a professor of clinical medicine at the University of Minnesota. He is also an educator for the family practice residency program at Hennepin County Medical Center. Additionally, he has been providing care for Fairview Partners patients in both the long term and short term care settings at several metro nursing homes for many years.

Simpson is board certified in family medicine.

Simpson is a member of the American, Minnesota and Hennepin County Academies of Family Practice.
Interests
Professionally, Simpson has particular interests in preventative medicine, public health issues and cancer prevention and screenings.
In his free time, Simpson enjoys American Civil War history, sports, banjo-picking and spending time with his wife, Kathy. He has also been a volunteer for the American Cancer Society since 1981, serving as the Minnesota Division president from 1993 to 1995.

Education and Training
Troy Kittleson began his career with a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Saint Olaf College. He began his nursing career with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and then received his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota.
Experience
Kittleson has been practicing as a gerontological nurse practitioner (GNP) with Fairview Partners for many years. He currently provides care at Minnesota Masonic Home and Mount Olivet Careview Home.
Licensure and Certifications
Kittleson is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Kittleson is a member of the Minnesota Nurses Association.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Kittleson enjoys oil painting, playing basketball and traveling.

Education and Training
Catherine Nurmi received her degree in nursing from the College of St. Catherine, Minneapolis Campus.
Experience
Nurmi has been a gerontological nurse for several years. Her experience includes nurse managing in sub-acute areas in the Twin Cities as well as case managing young adults and seniors, specializing in infectious diseases and hospice. Nurmi's background also includes strong knowledge with Medicare and Medicare Choice products. Currently, Nurmi has been part of the Fairview team for five years as a metro case manager.
Licensure and Certification
Nurmi is certified in both gerontological nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and Outcomes Case Management by the American Institute of Outcomes Case Management. Nurmi is also licensed as a registered nurse by the Minnesota State Board of Nursing.

Nurmi is a member of Case Management Society of America.
Interests
In her free time Nurmi enjoys spending time at her lake cabin with her family.
