The Arbors is connected to Ebenezer Ridges Care Center, a skilled nursing facility, and Ebenezer RidgePoint Apartments, an independent senior housing facility. Arbors at Ridges is part of the larger Ebenezer organization, a part of Fairview Health Services.

John Erickson received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed both his internship and residency at Valley Medical of Fresno, Fresno, California.
Experience
Erickson has been a physician at Fairview Ridges Clinic since 1987. He has also been practicing with Fairview Partners at Augustana Health Care Center of Apple Valley for several years.

Erickson is board certified in internal medicine.

Alfred Lounsbury received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed both his internship and residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview.

Lounsbury has been practicing at Fairview Ridges Clinic for several years. He also provides care for Fairview Partners patients at Ebenezer Ridges Care Center.

Lounsbury is board certified in internal medicine.
Interests
Lounsbury’s professional interests include heart disease and prevention of coronary risk factors and primary care for patients, age 16 and older.
In his free time, Lounsbury enjoys spending time on outdoor activities with his wife and three children, as well as fly-fishing and fly-tying.

Education and Training
Maya Walkington-Stauber began her nursing career with a diploma from the Red Cross School of Nursing in Bern, Switzerland. She then received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Nursing from the College of St. Catherine.
Experience
Walkington-Stauber has been practicing as a gerontological nurse practitioner (GNP) for many years and has been with Fairview Partners since May 1996. She works in both the long term care and transitional care settings. She has also worked in clinical education for nursing staff and the elderly in the community and is a clinical instructor to GNP students. Walkington-Stauber currently provides care at Augustana Health Care Center of Apple Valley and Ebenezer Ridges Health Care Center. She has been providing care at these two facilities since February 1998.

Walkington-Stauber is certified as a gerontological nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Education and Training
Catherine Nurmi received her degree in nursing from the College of St. Catherine, Minneapolis Campus.
Experience
Nurmi has been a gerontological nurse for several years. Her experience includes nurse managing in sub-acute areas in the Twin Cities as well as experience case managing young adults and seniors, specializing in infectious diseases and hospice. Her background also includes strong knowledge with Medicare and Medicare Choice products. She has currently been with Fairview for five years working with case management.
Licensure and Certification
Nurmi is certified in both gerontological nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and Outcomes Case Management by the American Institute of Outcomes Case Management. Nurmi is also licensed as a registered nurse by the Minnesota State Board of Nursing.

Nurmi is a member of Case Management Society of America.
Interests
In her free time Nurmi enjoys spending time at her lake cabin with her family.
